Transafric Consulting is established as a Skills development and training company in the Republic of South Africa. Incorporated in 2016, our key goal is to enhance organizational performance through skills development and training.

We offer consultancy and training solutions to government agencies, corporates, Not for profit- organisasions, Parastatals and professionals. We package and deliver training solutions in the form of Learnerships, skills programmes, seminars, conferences, workshops, coaching and mentorship.

One of our key success pillars is that we customise training to meet the specific needs of our clients. In light of this, we usually request clients and customers to furnish us with their needs so we design training programs that will match those needs. In a situation where clients are unable to furnish us with their skills needs, we will conduct a needs audit to identify areas that need development.

All our training and skills development solutions are aligned to SAQA unit standard requirements and changing business needs in order to provide our customers with the requisite skills, competencies and knowledge required to enhance performance, competitiveness and return on investment. We use innovation and technology to create, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
